Lauren is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and a certified USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach. She also holds a Personal Training and Adolescent Training certification from AFAA. Lauren has a bachelors degree in education from The College of New Jersey and is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition.
