Monday and Wed – 10:30 Am, 5:30 Pm

Wednesday 7:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm

Friday 12:00 pm 4:30 pm

Saturday 8:00am

Kettlebell training is an efficient and effective training method that will build endurance, strength, flexibility and shed fat when coupled with proper nutrition.

This high intensity training will work beyond basics while maintaining a strong foundation in proper technique. All levels are welcome and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace.

You must complete 2 Intro to Kettlebells classes before taking the regular classes, these classes are semi private group training classes that  are scheduled Monthly around the group, covering fundamental Kettlebell technique that is needed to attend regular classes. class is about 2 hours.

Intro to Kettlebell 4 hour course $120

Kettlebell only classes:

2 Day $105

Unlimited $130
