Getting Started

The first thing you have to do is schedule an Intro session. We offer a Free one-on-one session to all new potential members. Call for an appointment. 908-477-4787

This session gives us a chance to meet you. We want to get to know you, your goals, expectations, and fitness experience. This intro also lets you learn more about CrossFit and the program that we offer.

If you like what we offer then you can choose from a few different membership options.

QCrossFit New Athletes – On-Ramp Class

QCrossFit offers training programs to members of all fitness levels,
regardless of experience. Our On-Ramp seminar is designed to familiarize you
with the movements we use most frequently, build your general fitness base, and
ensure that you will be comfortable and successful in our more advanced
QCrossFit classes.

Within your first 30 days or CrossFit, it is mandatory that you complete
one of the On-Ramp seminars that are offered. There is no cost to this seminar.
If you feel as if you need more than one session, you may attend a second, or
work with a trainer 1-on-1 for an additional fee.

The On-Ramp seminar will last 1.5 hours and during that time you will be
introduced to the movements and skills that we use most often. Movements will
progress from the relatively non-technical to more technical. The emphasis of
this seminar will be placed on technique to ensure your safety and success in
our higher level classes.

The schedule of the On-Ramp seminars are as follows:

the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm
the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 10:30am
the 3rd Saturday of every month at 8:30am
Classes are open to all beginners and other athletes if they would like to brush
up on their skills

Immediately after signing up to be a QCrossFit Athlete – get signed up
for the On-Ramp class you will be attending. The sooner you complete it, the
faster we can move you along in our group classes. While you are able to attend
group classes before you complete your On-Ramp class, you will be scaled
down in weights and movements until proper technique is taught.

It is pretty much guaranteed that you’re going to run into some things that
are hard for you. It is also guaranteed that there will be at least one thing you
are good at! So, be prepared – all you need is water, comfortable workout
clothes, and a good attitude!
