What Is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to improve overall fitness. It combines callisthenics, gymnastics, weight training, running, and rowing into high intensity timed workouts.
We use interval training and the shorter, more intense bursts of activity that studies have shown get fast, efficient fitness results for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Timed workouts result in a little friendly competition that makes CrossFit feel like a sport, keep everyone working hard, and allow athletes to easily track progress over time
